YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE
WHEN YOU REQUEST A COMMISSION.

1. All commissions must be PAID IN FULL upfront before work begins.2. Payment only accepted through PAYPAL via paypal invoice to the email you provide.3. Commission work is NON-REFUNDABLE once started.4. Please email at [email protected] or DM me on twitter/instagram @ASTROPOCO with your commission request.5. I reserve the right to decline a commission request.6. Commissioned work is for PERSONAL USE ONLY.7. I, the artist, hold copyright to the produced artwork.8. You agree to the above terms and conditions when you send your commission request.

TERMS OF SERVICE CAN BE UPDATED AND
CHANGED UPON ARTIST'S DISCRETION.

Design Process

1. We will discuss what you are looking for and I will request visual references to ensure I create your art piece to your vision.2. I will inform you if there are commissions before yours, let you know where you are in the queue and give you a timeframe of when I can tentatively get to your commission.3. I will send you a PAYPAL INVOICE that you will require to pay before I start working.4. You will be provided a WIP during the ROUGH CLEAN SKETCH phase of your commission. During this time, you may request MINOR changes up to 3 times. Any MAJOR changes during this time will be charged up to 75% of the initial commission cost, based upon how much extra work it will require.5. Once completed I will send you a link to a Google Drive folder with your finished commission available for download there.
